The king is annoyed. All of these people want to make him work. It's just...not fair. Sure, they're starving and about to riot in the streets, but actually showing up to work is really going to cut into his sitting around time. Unfortunately, he might not have a choice. The people are getting angry, and that leads to a journey west, farther than anyone in his kingdom has ever gone, to unearth an ancient secret.

Listening to this in 2021, and a worldwide pandemic is mentioned… if we only knew.
How do you spell the lake monster? I wanted to google it to show my sister but I couldn’t find anything!
What is the source for this story?
“We want to maintain our bodyguard without them eating or our being able to pay them”
“You should avoid this climate cataatrophe scenario at all costs”
“That’s unrealistic”
the cover picture here is really cool too. dramatic but not overdone, it matches the story well.
Loved it so much, your telling of it added so much and you really did the funny moments, the setting, and the whole story justice, really wonderful! I’m keeping a download of it because I like it so much I want to make sure I have it available. thank you for this. the article was a nice addition too, I read it and it was interesting and a great match to the message of the story.
